PICProg is software for programming the Microchip PIC 16F84 microcontroller 
using serial programmers of type JDM/LudiPipo/Com84.
It works under all Win32 platforms (Windows 95/98/NT/2000/ME/XP).
PICProg is freeware. It is OK to copy and distribute it.

Note: You don't have to erase PIC before programming it.
